This hotel near the pyramids of Teotihuacan is a hidden gem. The staff is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The attention to detail is impressive, from the well-cared for grounds to the clean and cozy rooms. The bed was the softest I found during my entire 14-day trip in Mexico. I loved waking up to the view of the beautiful garden outside my window. Plus, the location couldn't be better - just a short walk or ride to the pyramids and downtown. A great value for the price!
All was great, no improvements needed.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was great for exploring the nearby attractions. The courtyard was well-maintained and provided a peaceful environment for relaxing.
The wifi connection was weak at times and there was no restaurant on the premises, which made it difficult to find dining options in the area. Some communication barriers arose due to language differences.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the breathtaking pyramids of Teotihuacan and had a fantastic experience. the attention to detail and friendly service provided by the staff was top-notch. They really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Secondly, the basic amenities in the room were great, and the bed was incredibly soft - the best I've found throughout my 14-day trip in Mexico. Lastly, the location of the hotel was unbeatable, being just a stone's throw away from the magnificent pyramids. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while exploring this historic site.
All in all, everything was just fine - no complaints here.

Decent location reasonable to few tourist attractions like the Pyramids. a local market was within walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though the pool was not used. The hotel staff was super friendly and helped us get to the tourist attractions with great ease. A true bright spot!
The internet was not functioning for the entirety of our stay and the lack of wi-fi was particularly frustrating over the Christmas period as we tried to stay connected with family and friends which tainted our experience. there was no restaurant in the premises which resulted in us leaving the property to find food joints.

The staff, although communication was a bit challenging, were eager to please and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was perfect for exploring the Teotihuacan site, and the owners even provided transportation for us. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
